ROOF TOP GARDEN

Chef Chris started a Herb Garden on the Roof top of The Radisson Hotel in 2009 in an effort to reduce our "foot print" on the environment. 4 Plant Boxes were filled with fresh Herbs; Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Sage, Mint, Borage, Chervil, Bee Balm, Purple Basil, Thai Basil, Dill, Parsley, Cilantro, Cumin, Lavender and Nasturtiums. Join us and try amazing creations using herbs from our garden now under the direction of Chef Jason Townes.
