Peter Lehmann wines are renowned for showing the depth and character of Australia’s Barossa Valley. We are thrilled to host Matt Lane, VP Americas and Master Sommelier, in our intimate, elegant space.
A native Australian and veteran of the wine industry, Matt was named South Australian Sommelier of the Year in 2001, and also won the exclusive international Vin de Champagne award for South Australia two times.
Chef Allan McPherson, our Executive Head Chef, has created a stunning tasting menu, perfectly pairing an appetizer to each of the six wines.
